Yes. Shooting machine is always used, so you can get one on one instruction while getting 200-400 touches in a single session.

The NCAA
The NCAA is comprised of three division or competition levels, consisting of over 1,100 colleges. The division is a function of the level of competition.
The NCAA, Division I
Offers athletic scholarships, and is the most competitive level in college.
The NCAA, Division II
Offers athletic scholarships, and is less competitive than Division I, although very competitive.
The NCAA. Division III
No athletic scholarships, although scholarships are offered based on merit or academics.
The NAIA
The NAIA is comprised of roughly 320 member schools that are smaller or religious affiliated with excellent educational opportunities. Over 90% of all NAIA colleges offer athletic scholarships.
The Junior College (JUCO)
Offers athletic scholarships, and is less competitive than Division II, although very competitive, since a huge amount of elite athletes with acedemic problems start off here before going to one of the higher NCAA divisions.
You should bring a gym bag with a towel, basketball shoes, ankle braces, leg weights, and two basketballs(exact same for dribbling consistency), water(preferred to reduce your sugar intake from sports drinks), and you should bring an extra t-shirt to replace the sweaty one you will need to take off before going out into the cool/cold weather.
Yes we do. Initially You will participate in an individual skill evaluation session so all of your weaknesses will be exposed. We believe that most players don't know their weaknesses because they don't get a annual skills checkup. At every age level certain skills should be understood. For example every player(boy or girl) by the age of 14 should be able to score with a reverse layup. When was the last time you practiced your reverse layup?
Yes we can. With over 100 ball handling and dribbling drills to improve your hand strength, hand quickness, and ball control SignedSeniors can help any serious player to develop a strong left hand and right hand. In our workouts dribbling and layups from both left and right are required.
Yes we can. SignedSeniors offers a 'Pre-Season Workout' Session on a weekly basis from September to the end of October. As do our clients, we belive that the myth that boys should run cross country and girls should play volleyball to stay in basketball shape is not 100% correct. Neither of these sports will help your v-cuts, quick release, free throw percentage, defensive stance, or increase your shooting range. Being in shape is only half the battle, so if you do decide to play these sports, make sure to get your shooting in on the weekends with SignedSeniors.
Yes we can. A SignedSeniors specialty. We understand that once you are signed, you really don't want to continue playing travel ball, it is time for you to focus on getting prepared for this next major step in your life. Most high school grads get summer jobs since they have most likely aged out, besides you got your scholarship already- it is now time to make sure you keep it. Your NEW coach sent you these workouts to make sure you are in the best shape possible when you arrive to campus. You are not only an athlete anymore, you are now an 'investment'. You are not playing for fun anymore, you are technically getting paid the dollar value equivalent of a college education, which should be very important to you and your parents. We are here to help you accomplish your goals.
Yes we can. We can do better than that! If you are a middle school or high school player, our High Intensity workouts is the closest you can get to cutting, spinning, running, and shooting at varsity and college level game play. This speed will make you think faster, decide faster, focus faster, and develop muscle memory faster. Your coach will see immediate improvement.
Yes. We understand that even college players need to get exceptional training and are also looking for affordable High Intensity Workouts due to the high level of play required. SignedSeniors offers group workouts where small groups of 4-8 players can come in and put up 2,000 game shots, from game spots, at game speed. Our clients have found that a small group like this they will benefit more from the competition and comradery, and will get more touches than an individual workout. So we make it easy for professional players returning from over seas or college players who are home during the summer to come in and workout.

SignedSeniors is profiling service helps you the coach to take your team to the next level by offerring team showcase packages to help promote each player on your team. We can also host your team for a Combine Evaluation session.
Yes you can. We recommend that you contact us to let us know that you are referring the new signee to us. We will then, using your incoming freshman workouts, conduct, monitor and report to you their attendance and progress. Just like having your own training staff while maximizing your post recruitment efforts to ensure the student-athlete will be ready to contibute to your program.
